in this course, you will learn the fundamentals of capoeira
16 techniques - 4 circular kicks, 4 straight kicks, 4 dodges, and 4 acrobatics, a short brief of capoeira's history, several songs+ translations, and how to play the instruments - pandeiro, conga, and berimbau.

this course requires no experience and fits all levels of fitness
capoeira is mostly practiced with a partner but I believe you will have a great learning experience training solo
also in this course, there's a training segment with 15,30, and 60 minutes classes so you can train together with me in front of the screen
