This class is an introduction to drawing fur.  The second in a four-part series, this class will cover the basics of how to draw fur in graphite.
This class is geared towards artists who are looking to improve the depth and realism in their work but can be followed by new artists as well.  This class is for you if you are looking to improve in the following areas:
depth/contrastgetting fur to look realisticunderstanding the texture or directionality of fur
As you work through each lesson, you will have the opportunity to draw along with me to test out the techniques used.  We will go step-by-step through the drawing, and I will give you some of my favorite tips along the way!  This lesson will also discuss my favorite paper and materials for graphite (and why) and how different blending techniques can change the overall look of the drawing.
