You are not aloneThe reason I can help you is because I have endured loss too, I began my journey of grief in 2007 when my daughter who was 20 at the time took her own life. My life turned upside down, I felt like I was in a very bad nightmare. But with a lot of soul searching, personal development and believing it was possible I was able to get my life back on track and now I have managed to navigate my life through the grief and beyond and by putting my daughter in a very special place in my heart, knowing I will see her again one day.Sharing my own experiences and tools to help navigate you through your grief journey, I share my vulnerabilty and honesty in my beliefs and what has helped me move forward after the loss.
