In this class, you will learn a yoga sequence for beginners and intermediate students. You will learn to listen to your body and help it heal. The chakras are energy centers located down the center of the body. This yoga sequence focuses on establishing balance primarily on the Solar Plexus or 3rd Chakra. This is the center of self-worth and self-esteem.
